Hi! I’m Abhishek, a Product Manager with a background in customer acquisition through digital channels, focusing on UX optimization. My diverse experience at two fast-paced Edtech and Fintech startups has enabled me to conduct research on customer needs while leading a team of developers and designers (as a digital marketing manager at Jamboree). It was during this time that I realized my skills could be better utilized in Product Management. Since transitioning into a PM role, I have been instrumental in building a Private Market Investment Product for Connexdoor, where I put my PM skills to practice and we are on the verge of launching our product's beta release. Since my engagement with Connexdoor is a consulting project, I will soon be available and actively seeking new opportunities in Product Management. I hold an MBA in Marketing and Operations, a B.Tech. in Computer Engineering (from NMIMS)

  • Aligned stakeholders, gathered UX feedback from users, and conducted competitor research to define problem statements for each of the three user categories for our product.

  • Documented problems, requirements, and carefully crafted solutions into features to define a Product Requirement Document for Product v2.0.

  • Built a product development roadmap, wrote detailed user stories, and managed overall agile development process.

  • Set goals and success metrics for new features. Designed surveys and tracking events to measure goals.

  • Designed initial wireframes, a robust design system, and prototypes with the product designer to ensure ideas were well translated into features.

  • Documented screens and repeatable UI components on Zeplin for approval from stakeholders and handoff to developers.

  • Conducted API and feature testing to document and rectify bugs.

  • Developed product marketing strategies and optimized UX for lead acquisition and engagement. Results: 333% increase in lead acquisition rate, 75.42% increase in engagement rate, & 85.09% drop in bounce rate.

  • Conducted A/B tests, and scaled winning landing pages & ad creatives, resulting in 65.68% & 47.22% drop in Customer Acquisition Cost (CAC) for 2 major products. Enhanced below-the-line communication through emails & WhatsApp drip campaigns.
