The Problem Statement
Enhancing User Experience for Tide
Objective:
Tide is building a financial services marketplace - with a primary focus on Business Loans and Loan Against Property. The goal is to design a seamless, efficient, and user-friendly journey for users from the landing page to loan disbursement.
The emphasis is on creating an interface that:
Minimizes friction in the application process.
Reduces time-to-loan approval through an intuitive flow.
Encourages repeat usage and engagement with the platform.
Scope:
Participants must create a comprehensive, screen-by-screen mockup of the entire user journey. Start with landing page where there will be bunch of loan products will be available for the user to select & then go screen by screen for one of the products.
The focus should be on Business Loans and Loan Against Property (LAP). (Choose any one)
The deliverable should be an interactive prototype (preferably in Figma) or any other format, showcasing:
Landing Page → Loan Selection → Eligibility Check → Credit Score Info → Offers Page → Application → Approval → Disbursement
You can pick any one Loan Product & craft a journey from it from the landing page.
Include detailed user information being captured at each point of the user journey.
Landing Page should have a listing of all the products in loans.
Journey has to be created for any one product in loans.
The user experience should be:
Simple & efficient for smooth navigation.
Engaging & sticky to drive repeat users.
